I wanted to write to you to express my appreciation for the hard work and support I have received from your staff over the past several months. Starting with Dan and our first expansion project in October, to Anthony Paone and Mike and Nick during our most recent expansion, we have received nothing but hard work and cooperation.

These expansions have been difficult for me to coordinate with management continually changing their minds about layout and plans. Anthony and the rest of your staff have been able to handle any changes quickly and effectively and pleasantly! It has been a pleasure to work with them. Every time we had another change, I would approach them with hesitation, but every request was met with a positive attitude. From the difficult and dirty jobs in the plant and in the basement, to the cramped workspace in the computer room, all of our needs have been met.

Several times, things came up at the last minute that were not part of the initial work order but were critical items. Your staff was always able to accommodate our requests and make the impossible happen. I look forward to our continued working relationship."
