I can’t thank you enough for your support, professionalism and prompt response to the disaster that had occurred to our Inter-Tel telephone system on Friday, September 11, 2009.

We had a power surge that afternoon that destroyed our CPU and completely put our company out of service. We contacted our vendor who worked on our system all afternoon but could not get our system working and would not be able to until the middle of the following week. No business can possibly be out of service for that long.

Your company was our vendor for approximately 10 years but we went with another vendor a year ago because they offered a less expensive maintenance contract. After realizing that our existing vendor was not fixing our problem, I called your company at 5:30pm on Friday and was able to reach you on the phone. I explained my situation to you and your response was, no problem, we’ll take care of you and get you up and running tonight. Your Service Manager, Scott Rendell and your Installation Manager, Ralph DiMasi immediately began pulling equipment out of your stock room and began downloading our database that you had stored on our company. Scott arrived at our location in approximately ½ hour from the time of our approval and within ½ hour of his arrival, had us 100% back in service.

I cannot express how impressed and appreciative I was of your support and the immediate, professional response by Scott and Ralph. You did not hesitate to assist me in this crisis even though I was no longer your customer. Thank you! I would highly recommend TVC as a vendor to any company."
